What we offer

Two tracks, six outcomes.

Marketing work brings leads in and keeps them moving. Operational work takes the paperwork off your team. Every engagement below is sold on the result it produces, not the software it happens to run on.

Track one

Marketing services

Get more leads, and lose fewer of them.

Everything between a stranger landing on your site and a qualified lead sitting in your CRM with someone assigned to it: the capture forms, the email that has to arrive, and the automations that move a lead before it goes cold.

Lead collection

Capture leads without capturing junk

We build the forms your campaigns point at — signup, quote request, application, file-backed enquiry — and put validation in front of every one of them, so a lead is checked before it ever reaches your CRM. Fewer bounced sends, fewer fake signups, less time wasted on leads that were never real.

Best for: Agencies, SaaS, e-commerce and anyone buying paid traffic

The outcome

Every lead that reaches your CRM is a real person at a working address.

What changes

  • Capture forms for signups, quote requests and applications
  • Real-time email validation at the point of entry
  • Invisible bot and spam protection — no CAPTCHA for real visitors
  • Disposable, role-account, catch-all and typo rules tuned to your market
  • Document-backed enquiry forms when a lead has to send files
  • Bulk cleaning of the lists and CRM records you already have
Email reach

Campaigns that land in the inbox, replies that reach a human

Reach is infrastructure before it is copywriting. We set up the sending domains and authentication that decide whether your mail is trusted, route every reply to the right person or system, and keep an eye on it so a deliverability problem surfaces before a campaign has already been wasted.

Best for: Teams running outbound, newsletters or multiple sending domains

The outcome

Your campaigns reach the inbox, and every reply finds an owner the same day.

What changes

  • Sending and reply domains set up per brand or campaign
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured and verified
  • Replies routed to the right owner, shared inbox or CRM record
  • List hygiene before a send, so bounces don't burn your reputation
  • Deliverability monitoring with alerts when something breaks
  • Migration off whatever forwarding tangle you have today
Lead handling

A new lead should not wait for someone to notice it

We wire up what happens in the minutes after a form is submitted: the lead lands in your CRM with the right owner and source attached, the team is notified where they actually work, and the first document — quote, proposal, welcome pack — goes out without anyone opening a template.

Best for: Sales teams, agencies and any business quoting on enquiry

The outcome

New leads are assigned, acknowledged and quoted in minutes instead of days.

What changes

  • Routing rules that assign each lead by source, region or value
  • Records written into your CRM, Sheets or Airtable automatically
  • Slack, Teams or Google Chat alerts the moment a lead arrives
  • Instant quotes, proposals and welcome packs generated from the form data
  • Follow-up sequences triggered by what the lead did, not by a calendar
  • Zapier, Make, webhook and API pipelines between the tools you use

Track two

Operational services

Run the paperwork without the people.

The document work that eats your team's week: collecting files from clients, producing documents in bulk, and keeping what arrives in your systems safe to open.

Document intake

Stop chasing clients for paperwork

We design and run the intake side of your business: branded upload pages, per-client checklists, and automatic filing into the systems your team already lives in. Onboarding packets, claim documents, HR files, receipts — collected once, named correctly, and routed where they belong.

Best for: Accountants, agencies, HR teams, lenders and education admin

The outcome

Complete, correctly named paperwork arrives on time without anyone chasing it.

What changes

  • Branded upload forms and file-request pages, one per workflow
  • Required-document checklists with automatic reminders
  • Filing rules into Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or SharePoint
  • Submission logs written straight into Google Sheets or Airtable
  • Slack, Teams or Google Chat notifications when a client submits
  • Receipt and invoice capture with AI field extraction for finance teams
Document output

Hundreds of documents from one data source

We turn the documents your team retypes every week into templates that fill themselves. Contracts, certificates, policy packs and reports — generated in bulk from a spreadsheet, a CRM record or a form submission, in Word, PowerPoint, Excel or PDF.

Best for: Consultants, brokers, law firms, training providers and HR

The outcome

A week of document production becomes an afternoon of review.

What changes

  • Template design and conversion from your existing documents
  • Bulk generation runs from Excel, Google Sheets, CRM or forms
  • Signature-ready PDF output with consistent branding
  • API, Zapier and Make pipelines that generate on a trigger
  • AI OCR to pull data out of incoming PDFs and scans
  • Delivery back into Drive, email or your CRM record
File security

Know what's in a file before your team opens it

Every document a stranger sends you is an attachment someone on your team is about to double-click. We screen what arrives through your forms and shared inboxes for malware, macros and phishing links, and set up the retention rules that keep your storage defensible.

Best for: Finance, legal, healthcare, HR and regulated industries

The outcome

Nothing dangerous reaches a team inbox, and you can prove what happened to every file.

What changes

  • Malware, macro and embedded-object scanning on inbound PDFs and Office files
  • Phishing and malicious URL checks on links in submissions
  • Quarantine and approval steps before a file reaches a shared drive
  • Retention and deletion rules per document type
  • EU-hosted storage with access controls per client or department
  • An audit trail of what arrived, from whom, and what happened to it

How it works

No discovery theatre.

Four steps from the first call to a workflow your team uses every day. You know the scope and the price before we build anything.

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

A call to walk through the process as it runs today — who touches what, where it stalls, and what the manual steps actually cost you in hours.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

You get a written scope: what we will build, on which platform, what it costs, and when it goes live. No open-ended retainers to find out.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We configure the workflow, run it against your real data, and fix what the first pass gets wrong before anyone outside your team sees it.

  4. 04

    Hand over or run it

We train your team and hand it over, or keep running it under a managed agreement. Either way the setup stays yours.

Ways to work with us

Pick the engagement that fits.

Every service above can be delivered any of these four ways. Pricing is quoted per engagement once we've seen the workflow.

Setup sprint

A fixed-scope engagement to get one workflow live. We map the process, build it on the right platform, test it with your data and hand it over with documentation.

  • One workflow, scoped up front
  • Built, tested and documented
  • Team walkthrough on handover
Most popular

Managed workflows

We run the workflows for you: templates kept current, rules adjusted as your process changes, submissions and deliverability monitored, and a named person to email when something looks wrong.

  • Ongoing changes and template upkeep
  • Monitoring and monthly reporting
  • Priority support from the team that built it

Custom integration

When the workflow has to meet software we did not write. We connect our platforms to your CRM, ERP, portal or internal tools over the API, webhooks, Zapier or Make.

  • API and webhook implementation
  • Zapier, Make and Airtable pipelines
  • Data mapping against your systems

White-label for agencies

Resell the workflows under your own brand. Your logo on the client-facing pages, your domain, your pricing — our platforms and our team behind it.

  • Branded client-facing pages and domains
  • Multi-client account structure
  • Agency pricing on volume

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can we buy one track without the other?

Yes. Most companies start with whichever side is bleeding — usually marketing when leads are being lost, operational when the team is drowning in paperwork. The tracks share the same platforms, so adding the second one later is cheap.

Is the software included, or do we license it separately?

Included. Whatever the workflow needs to run is part of the engagement price — there is no separate licence to buy, and no per-seat surprise later. If you already pay for one of our apps, we build on the account you have and you pay for the work only.

Where is our data stored?

On EU servers in Germany, encrypted in transit and at rest, under GDPR and CCPA obligations. Generated documents are deleted automatically within 24 hours unless you tell us otherwise.

What if our process changes after launch?

Sprints include a revision window after go-live. Managed workflows include ongoing changes as a matter of course — most clients change something in the first month, and that is expected.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Usually, yes. The work connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Airtable, Notion, WordPress, Slack, Teams, Zapier and Make out of the box, and there is an API for whatever those do not cover.

How quickly can a workflow go live?

A single, well-understood workflow is typically live within two weeks of the scope being signed. Multi-department rollouts and custom integrations take longer, and we say so in the quote rather than after.

Who actually does the work?

We do — the same small team that builds and runs the software underneath. You are not handed to a reseller or an outsourced implementation partner.
